As a veteran, I spent the majority of my life dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. While trained originally as a counselor (masters in counseling) talk therapy only helped me so much. My real healing journey included experiencing EFT. EFT helped me release PTSD, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I knew I wanted to become a Master Practitioner to help others experience the profound healing that comes from EFT and PTG.
